C2 Advanced Multi-domain Environment and Live Observation Technologies.

CAMELOT high level objectives:

1. Derive user requirements for a Multi-Service Multi-Domain Command and Control System (MSMDC2) for border surveillance (by involving at least 14 practitioners including partners and external entities);

2. Analyse and trade-off available MSMDC2 architectures and interface standards and select those more appropriate for a modular and scalable command and control system (a minimum of 7 architectures shall be analysed and considered);

3. Prototype service modules based on partners background that comply with the chosen architecture and support directly a border control user need (a minimum of 15 shall be considered;

4. Promote periodic integration, testing and validation cycles involving relevant end users to improve the human-machine interfaces and maximise service usability (minimum integration with 2 existing systems shall be pursued);

5. Design, prepare and run a demonstration campaign, involving the end users and relevant stakeholders to showcase the different services (minimum of 2 demonstrations – one on land and
another at sea will be carried out and a minimum of 12 practitioners will be invited to observe).
